Family: The Braggs

What an absolutely hilarious and fun family to be around! Brittany Bragg (the mother of that cute little man) got in touch with me to take some photos for her family while she was visiting town again. We did these at Pueblo City Park on a cloudy summer evening. What a cute family, and of course cute little guys like this one really make my day!!

Family: Pope/Batdorf

I met Tiea and knew her as my red headed co worker during the 4 years I worked at Starbucks. Through working there, we've developed a life long friendship and I am so thankful that I have her in my life. Through the beginning of my photography career, Tiea and her family were so supportive and always loved being my test subjects. I enjoy every moment I have when I'm with her and her family.

This session was special because this time it included her twin sister, and her father from Denver who hasn't visited in a long time. It was a pleasure to meet him and it was so fun, as always, to photograph this family!

Family: Matt and Tess

Oh Matt and Tess!! I actually did this session a long time ago but just now realized I never got to posting a blog! So dumb of me because this is seriously my most favorite family session up to date of "new" clients that I just met! Jett was one of the cutest little boys I have ever met! At first he was shy, but throughout the session he loved giving me hugs... and I will never forget his cute face rub he did with his pet kitty! It was so darling. On top of that, his parents are some of the most laid back, fun people I've encountered. Another funny addition, where I live, if you live there long enough, you begin to notice the weird connections between EVERYONE--as long as you've been here for more than 5 years! I've actually been getting to know Matt and Tess, since we have several mutual friends. It's just so nice to run into them and I hope to one day do some family photographs for them again as Jett grows. :)

The Jones Family

Last week I did a family shoot for a friend that I went to high school with. This shoot was a lot of fun and very different from shoots I have done before. When Amber contacted me, she knew exactly the photos that she wanted, but in one large variety. Specifically, we focused on her family--which consisted of herself, her sister, her cousin and parents, as well as her steady and his two GORGEOUS little girls! As family photos, she wanted some with the entire group as well as individual photos between the different relatives within. This family was so fun to meet and we had a great time during the shoot. Nonstop laughing and playing, which was great for a session! Here are some of my favorite pictures captured from that beautiful overcast day:
